Every figure is worked out from the sales themselves. A cashier types one number at close: what is physically in the drawer. Everything else is already known, so a shortfall belongs to a counter, not to the whole branch.
Cash that moved without a sale, like banking at lunchtime, is recorded with a reason beside it, so an adjustment cannot quietly hide a shortage.
Plenty of owners run a good shop and stay invisible. Every time a customer asks “what do you have?”, the same routine starts: scroll the phone, forward the photos one by one, type the prices again, answer “is it still available?”. An hour later the customer has gone quiet.
Now picture one link. Every product with its photo, its price and whether it is in stock. You send the link, the customer looks around on their own phone, puts what they want in a basket and sends you the order. You confirm it, and they can follow it. It runs from the same stock your till sells from, and customers pay you the way they always have, or online, straight into your bank account, if you switch that on.
Every report is net of refunds, and goods that come back broken are written off instead of quietly returned to the shelf.
When the network drops, sales queue on the device and sync when you are back. The customer never sees a word about it.
