Built for a busy counter
When there is a queue, every second at the till counts. Search or tap a product, set the quantity, take the payment and print the receipt. Bulk discounts apply by themselves once a customer buys enough, and appear on the receipt, so cashiers do not have to remember them or argue about them.
- Cash, card, POS terminal and bank transfer, including one sale split across them
- Quantity discounts set per product and applied automatically
- Receipts that carry your own footer message, such as your return policy
Several cashiers, no finger-pointing
Each cashier holds their own float and squares their own drawer at the end of their shift. One number is typed, what is physically there, and the system works out the difference. A shortfall belongs to a person at a counter, not to the whole shop.
Stock that never gets lost on the shelf
Every sale takes stock off the count at once, so you see what is running low while there is time to reorder. Items that expire, such as dairy, drinks and packaged food, can carry an expiry date and raise an alert as it approaches.
- Low stock alerts for the branch that needs the reorder
- Expiry alerts before goods go off
- Write-offs with a reason, so damage and theft are tracked separately
Regular customers and credit
Customers you trust can buy now and settle later on a running account, up to a limit you set, or keep a prepaid wallet that draws down as they shop. You see who owes what without a notebook.
Let customers see what you have first
Your shop can have its own web page where customers browse what is in stock and what it costs, then call or message you on WhatsApp. There is no app to download, and sold-out items are hidden automatically. You choose when it goes live.
How to get started
- Upload your products from a spreadsheet.
- Create a login for each cashier and a role for each manager.
- Start selling. Every cashier counts their own drawer at close.
- Open the dashboard to see takings, profit and what to reorder.
