Big sales, mixed payments
A single sale can run into hundreds of thousands of naira and be paid part in cash, part by POS terminal and part by transfer. UbiquePOS records one sale with every payment against it, so the till, the bank and the POS terminal can each be checked against the same record.
- One sale split across cash, card, POS terminal and bank transfer
- Refunds recorded by the method they were paid back in, so cash and transfers still balance
- Every sale carries the name of the attendant who rang it
Selling by the unit and by the carton
Set a quantity threshold and a per-unit discount on a product and it applies by itself once a customer buys enough, which suits carton and crate pricing. If you buy in cartons and sell loose, the stock transfer handles the conversion so your counts stay right.
Credit customers, tracked
Retailers and regulars who buy now and pay later can be put on a running account with a credit limit you control. You see who owes what, and every charge is marked so you can tell it apart from a cash sale. Customers can also hold a prepaid wallet that draws down automatically.
Suppliers and deliveries
Record each delivery from a supplier, log what you pay, and see a running balance. Payments settle the oldest debt first, so you always know what is owed and for which delivery.
Depot and shop, one stock list
If you run a depot and a shop, or several outlets, each has its own stock count and you can move goods between them in one step. The owner sees every location together. Staff see only their own.
Prices customers can check before they come
Your depot can have its own page showing what is in stock and the prices, with call, WhatsApp and directions buttons, so customers check before they drive over. Items that run out are hidden automatically. You switch it on yourself and choose which numbers it shows.
How to get started
- Upload your product list with prices.
- Add each attendant and set each one's role.
- Record supplier deliveries as stock arrives.
- Sell, count each drawer at close, and review the day.
